These guys are great! A friend recommended them to me, and I've had an A+ experience with them. I'd been going to the BMW dealership for years and getting charged and arm and a leg every time. They fixed a complex problem in my exhaust system....I wasn't passing emissions and they correctly diagnosed and remedied the problem. They were straight forward and honest through out. Had a major poblem with my XJS8 with a knock in the motor. After tyger and the techs listen to my car they found out the problem quckly. I had put in the wrong oil and gas for the type model that I owned. After cleaning out the fuel and putting in royal purple my car has never ran any better. Thanks to Tyger.

If you own a BMW or Mercedes, check these guys out should you ever need them serviced. When you go, ask for Craig - he'll be sure to take care of whatever you need. These guys are passionate about cars, and being a small business, they've got much more at stake - so they'll be sure to take care of their customers. You won't be just another number, like at your dealership. I may not know much about cars, but if I ever have any problems, I take my car here.

Wont Hesitate Again
I've started doing my own car maintenance after 6 years of getting fleeced by my BMW dealer's service department. Well, I screwed something up with the cooling fan. Based upon the reviews here, I had my car towed to Lucas. I spoke to Gary, and he was able to get the fan, belt and pulley replaced the same day and for less than the "stealership" would have charged! I will continue to do my own maintenance and basic repairs, but when I have something serious that needs to be fixed, I will not hesitate at all to go to Lucas.

Great experience!
I went to Lucas Car Care after being referred by 2 different sources. I had my 04 Ford Van into the dealer 4 separate times to fix an AC problem. Each time, they told me they fixed the problem but it never seemed any better. I went to Lucas' and they found and fixed the problem on the first visit. My AC now works like it should have all along. Aside from fixing the problem, I really liked the fact that my service advisor (Craig) kept me posted on what they were doing and explained things to me clearly. I'll be using Lucas Car Care for all my auto service going forward!

Front end Repair
I took my BMW here to get the front-end repainted and to have some interior work done (my dash needed to be recovered). Lucas repainted my front-end flawlessly for a reasonable price and even sanded/buffed out the dullness on my headlights for free! The headlight treatment saved me about $800 vs. buying new headlamps, so that alone is worth the five star rating. Overall, for value and quality...and most importantly for a body shop...trustworthiness...Lucas Auto deserves my and all the other 130+ 5 star ratings it has received. I would highly recommend them and will return in the future.
